Alexis Wendl is an associate in the firm's commercial litigation group. She represents clients in a variety of matters including contract disputes, business torts, general business litigation, labor and employment, and bankruptcy. Alexis represents companies in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings, as well as in state and federal courts of appeal. Additionally, she represents employers and employees in disputes relating to the theft of trade secrets, tortious interference with contractual relations or prospective business advantage, wrongful termination, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Alexis was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jerome T. Tao of the Nevada Court of Appeals.
