Holly Cheong practices commercial litigation, focusing on financial services and insurance litigation. Her commercial bank litigation experience includes contractual breach, deficiency and receivership cases.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Holly worked as an environmental planner for the City of San Diego and the Southern Nevada Water Authority. Her work experience as an environmental planner includes preparing environmental assessments and environmental impact statements, administering habitat conservation plans, and tracking legislation and regulations affecting water rights and public utilities. Holly also clerked for the Supreme Court of Nevada and, as a student attorney, briefed and argued an immigration appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
