(Tucson) Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Tucson Partner Courtney Henson has joined the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona’s Board of Directors for a three-year term.

The organization’s mission is to "change the lives in the communities they serve by feeding the hungry today, and building a health, hunger-free tomorrow." Founded in 1975, the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona works to not only provide food to those in need, but also addresses the underlying contributors to food insecurity. In 2023 alone, the Food Bank distributed over 36 million pounds of food across five counties in Southern Arizona.

“I am always amazed by the monumental impact that the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona makes on the lives of everyday people. I am honored to be a part of that mission and I look forward to working with the incredible board and staff of the Community Food Bank,” said Henson.

Courtney Henson’s practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, class actions and business disputes. Whether representing large institutional clients throughout the country or an individual in need, Courtney genuinely cares about her clients and recognizes that all legal problems are ultimately human problems. She is passionate about the law and advocates tirelessly for her clients. In addition to class action lawsuits, her diverse practice includes business separation disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation, and pre-litigation business dispute resolution, among many others. Courtney serves clients in Arizona in numerous industries, including some of the most prominent companies in the region.
