Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Addition of J. Seth Moore As Bankruptcy Counsel

Moore has over twenty years of experience representing clients across several industries as they face the challenges that come with financial distress. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate reorganization, financial restructuring, distressed merger and acquisitions, and corporate finance. 

Moore is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2010. 

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Moore was an attorney with Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton Nerenberg. Moore received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, School of Law, his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
