Snell & Wilmer’s Tucson Office Selected as the Top Workplace in Southern Arizona

TUCSON – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that its Tucson office has been recognized as the #1 Top Workplace 2023 Award in the small employer category by Tucson Media Partners Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

In addition, Joe Kroeger, managing partner at Snell & Wilmer’s Tucson office and labor and employment attorney, was individually recognized with the Small Employer Leadership award.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Kroeger stated that “What makes a Top Workplace is culture. You have to create and maintain a culture that attracts – and keeps – the right people. At Snell & Wilmer, we require a culture of excellence and teamwork. We pride ourselves in having a family feel at our workplace where we focus on service to our clients, service to our community, and caring for each other.”
