Snell & Wilmer Names Jim Kilroy Managing Partner of the Denver Office

DENVER – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Jim Kilroy has been named managing partner of its Denver office. Kilroy succeeds commercial finance partner, Curt D. Reimann, who has served as managing partner since 2017. Reimann remains an integral role in the leadership of Snell & Wilmer as an elected member of the firm’s executive and compensation committees. “Curt is a very talented and thoughtful leader – he exemplifies our credo of excellence in service to our clients, the community, and each other,” said Snell & Wilmer Chair, Barbara J. Dawson. “We look forward to his continued leadership focusing on lateral recruiting and integration, and assisting with our expansion in Dallas.”

Kilroy represents clients in jurisdictions across the United States in matters involving contracts, securities, shareholder claims, officer and director liability, intellectual property, trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, mineral rights, real estate, construction, federal and state employment claims, and professional liability. He has extensive experience in complex litigation proceedings, including multidistrict litigation matters, class actions and collective actions. Additionally, Kilroy has handled various Sherman Act antitrust cases involving claims of monopolization and conspiracy to monopolize. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Class Action Committee and the Faculty of Federal Advocates, and is a Former Board of Directors Member of the Colorado Lawyers Committee and Colorado Judicial Institute.
