Snell & Wilmer More Than Doubles Office Space at New Portland Location

PORTLAND (July 17, 2023) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce it has relocated its Portland office to a larger space in Moda Tower, another location in the heart of downtown. At 11,500 square feet, the new location more than doubles the amount of space available to the firm’s growing team of attorneys. 

“This new office and continued growth in Portland support the firm’s strategic objectives to provide our clients with excellent legal services in the Pacific Northwest,” said Barb Dawson, chair of Snell & Wilmer. “The new space will foster our collaborative and innovative culture while supporting our commitment to service and leadership in the local community.”

The firm has shown its dedication to the region since opening an Oregon office in January 2020 with the arrival of four lawyers. In September 2021, the firm moved its offices from Lake Oswego to a 4,300-square-foot space in The Broadway Tower in downtown Portland and will now have a team of 11 lawyers in the new location.

Moda Tower is a 398,412-square-foot, 24-story, Class A office space. The main feature of the building's design is a floor plan that allows for six corner offices on each floor. The first four floors are devoted to city-mandated ground-floor retail and a parking garage.
