Snell & Wilmer Dallas Office Expands with Addition of Commercial Real Estate and Construction Counsel Conor G. Bateman

DALLAS – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome commercial real estate and construction Counsel Conor G. Bateman to the firm.

Bateman has over two decades of experience representing corporate and individual clients in litigation and transactional matters including regulatory compliance guidance, contract negotiation, mechanic’s lien claims and real property disputes, and drafting of construction and real estate documents.

Bateman was recognized by Best Lawyers in America in 2024 for Construction Law and was previously named a Texas Rising Star in Construction Law by Thomson Reuters.
