SAN DIEGO Snell & Wilmer advised TARGAN, Inc. (TARGAN), an AgTech company poised to transform animal protein production industries worldwide by bringing affordable, individualized care technologies to the market, in the first international partnership with Couvoir Scott of Quebec, Canada, a specialized and well-established company in the field of chick production for poultry producers. TARGAN’s mission to reshape animal health and protein production through innovative engineering, aligns well with Couvoir Scott’s dedication to quality and ethical practices. Together, the two entities will partner to expand their vision and role in animal protein production beyond borders, helping to propel the industry forward on an international level.

“Our partnership with Couvoir Scott marks a significant venture,” stated Ali Matloub, Director of Technical Sales and Business Development, International Markets in a recent press release. “This collaboration not only signals TARGAN’s entry into Canadian hatcheries but highlights our shared commitment to supplying high-quality chicks, prioritizing animal welfare and continuous research and development. We look forward to seeing how this partnership will lead to the advancement of the poultry industry in Canada.”

TARGAN’s CEO, Ramin Karimpour, added, “I am incredibly excited about this first international contract. It represents a milestone in our journey to revolutionize the global animal protein production landscape. The collaboration with Couvoir Scott opens doors to new possibilities and is a testament to driving innovation on an international scale.
