Snell & Wilmer Partner Heidi McNeil Staudenmaier Recognized as Outstanding Women in Business Honoree by Phoenix Business Journal

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Heidi McNeil Staudenmaier was selected as one of the Phoenix Business Journal’s 2024 Outstanding Women in Business. 

This year’s group of honorees includes a roster of highly accomplished female executives and business owners that come from a variety of backgrounds and industries including CEOs, vice presidents, executive directors as well as business owners from professional sectors such as law, medicine, construction, and engineering. Each honoree is recognized for their achievements in business, vetted by a panel of judges that includes previous winners. 

McNeil Staudenmaier will be recognized at the upcoming Outstanding Women in Business Awards event on March 28th at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. 

Within the legal profession, McNeil Staudenmaier is both nationally and internationally recognized in the areas of Native American Law, Gaming Law, and Business Litigation. She represents tribes, tribal entities, and businesses that engage in economic development ventures and other commercial transactions with Native Americans. She is the Secretary of the ABA Business Law Section (ascending to Chair in 2026) and Co-Chair of the Business Law Today Editorial Board. She is a past recipient of the ABA’s Business Law Section’s prestigious Jean Allard Glass Cutter Award, which is presented annually to a woman who has cut through barriers to attain high accomplishment in business law. She was recognized among The Top 25 Attorneys of Arizona by Attorney Intel, the Top 10 Most Influential Native American Lawyers in Arizona by Business Today, Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona by AZ Business Magazine, and AZ Business Leaders 2020-2024. McNeil Staudenmaier is an inductee to the Maricopa County Bar Association Hall of Fame; named to the inaugural class of Arizona Capitol Times’ Women Achievers of Arizona; honored as a Finalist for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s ATHENA Awards; and recipient of the University of Iowa College of Law’s Alumni Service Award.
