Snell & Wilmer Urban Planner Jason Boal Appointed as Urban Land Institute (ULI) Utah Management Committee's Outreach Co-Chair

SALT LAKE CITY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Urban Planner Jason Boal was appointed to the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Utah Management Committee as the Outreach Co-Chair.

ULI is a nonprofit organization with nearly 40,000 members globally, fostering collaboration among diverse disciplines in land use and real estate development. Founded in 1936, ULI facilitates the exchange of ideas and expertise amongst industry leaders and policymakers to enhance communities. The Utah District Council, in line with ULI’s mission, provides localized expertise and advocacy on land use issues to benefit both members and the broader community.  

Jason Boal is an Urban Planner who is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. Boal provides complete due diligence, entitlement, and development services for the firm’s clients, through the entire lifecycle of a project, from concept to occupancy and operation. With over 15 years of experience in the urban planning realm, Boal provides a knowledgeable perspective into the complex governmental processes, including entitlements (rezonings, conditional use permits, variances, and appeals), land division (subdivisions, lot splits, easements, and abandonments of public rights-of-way), and construction permitting (design review approvals, site plan approvals and construction plan reviews).
