Byeongsook Seo Joins Board of Trustees of Denver Public Library Friends Foundation

DENVER – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Byeongsook Seo has been appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation.   

“I’m especially fond of the opportunity to give back to this foundation given my relationship to the libraries I grew up with. As an immigrant child, libraries were a critical resource to help me overcome my English language deficiencies. Denver libraries serve this purpose and much more. They are worthy of our support and engagement,” said Seo.  

Established in 1940, the Friends Foundation has proudly served as a nonprofit ally, empowering individuals who cherish libraries to champion excellence within the library system. Committed to advancing the library's programs and services, the foundation actively engages in fundraising initiatives, operating a bookshop, online bookselling operations, and various programs that contribute to the enrichment of the Denver Public Library.

Seo is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice out of Snell & Wilmer’s Denver office. He represents investors in disputes arising out of their private investments. Many of his cases have involved hearings regarding extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and receiverships.
