Two Snell & Wilmer Attorneys Recognized as Women of Influence in Law by the San Diego Business Journal
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Kristen E. Caverly and Lisa B. Roper have been recognized as “Women of Influence in Law” by the San Diego Business Journal. This award honors outstanding female attorneys for their career accomplishments and dedication to the San Diego community.
Caverly is a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. She focuses on high-stakes trust and estate disputes and related commercial litigation and has represented clients in numerous bench and jury trials, as well as appeals before California appellate courts and the California Supreme Court. Caverly is recognized in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Disputes. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and serves on the Trusts and Estates Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association.
Roper is counsel in the firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. She represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in the administration and resolution of complex, high-net-worth trust and estate matters, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and dispute avoidance. Roper is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel and serves on the Trusts and Estates Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association. She regularly presents on topics including probate, fiduciary litigation, and legal ethics.
