Snell & Wilmer’s Washington, D.C. Office Welcomes New Associate, Chelsea Kaminski
Washington D.C. (February 3, 2026) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Chelsea Kaminski has joined the Washington, D.C. office as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Kaminski focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and enforcement. She works closely with clients to monitor trademark applications and registrations, counsel on potential infringement issues, and develop strategies to protect and strengthen brand portfolios.
During law school, Kaminski served as a Student Attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience advising clients on trademark and other intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, she was an associate attorney at Erik M. Pelton & Associates, PLLC, and held several legal roles, including serving as a teaching assistant at American University Washington College of Law and a legal intern at Rosetta Stone.
Kaminski received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, with her practice limited to federal trademark matters, and is a member of the International Trademark Association and the American Bar Association.
