Snell & Wilmer’s Seattle Office Welcomes New Counsel, Benjamin C. Woodruff
Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Ben Woodruff has joined the firm’s Seattle office as Counsel in the Litigations, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group.
Woodruff brings extensive experience representing a wide range of clients, including startups, multinational corporations, and municipal entities. His practice spans complex commercial and bankruptcy-related disputes, as well as matters involving tort and constitutional claims. He also advises clients on government investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar matters. Woodruff has handled all phases of litigation, including taking and defending numerous depositions, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and appearing in state and federal courts.
In addition to his commercial work, Woodruff maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on supporting vulnerable and underserved communities. His experience includes assisting immigrants seeking asylum, representing tenants in landlord-tenant matters, and representing incarcerated individuals serving unconstitutional sentences.
Woodruff earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in Government from Harvard College.
