Snell & Wilmer’s Las Vegas Office Wins NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Honor Award for Office Tenant Improvement

LAS VEGAS – Snell & Wilmer is proud to announce that its Las Vegas office has received the Spotlight Honor Award for “Office Tenant Improvement Over 20,000 Square Feet” at the 29th Annual Spotlight Awards gala, presented by NAIOP Southern Nevada. The award recognizes excellence in commercial real estate development and design in the region. NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Spotlight Awards are widely regarded as one of the region’s premier recognitions for excellence in commercial real estate, highlighting projects that demonstrate innovation, design quality and community impact.

Charles Gianelloni, managing partner of the Las Vegas office, said the new space was intentionally designed to reflect the realities of today’s workplace and to create an environment that encourages attorneys and staff to work together in person. The office configuration follows the firm’s broader design approach across its locations by emphasizing collaborative work areas and updated amenities that support both client meetings and internal teamwork.

Snell & Wilmer relocated its Las Vegas office to 1700 Pavilion Center Drive, Suite 700, in the heart of Downtown Summerlin, where the firm occupies the entire seventh floor of the ten-story building. The firm first opened its Las Vegas office in 2001 and now has over 40 attorneys in the market, working across a broad range of transactional, real estate, employment, and litigation matters.
