Snell & Wilmer’s Las Vegas Office Expands with Addition of Attorney William J. Wray

LAS VEGAS (June 22, 2023) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that William “Bill” Wray has joined the Las Vegas office as counsel in the commercial litigation practice group.

Wray focuses his practice in commercial, construction, labor, and international law. He has more than 25 years of legal experience in construction and development, including construction contractor licensing and compliance, project contracting, project administration, employment and labor issues, and project claims and dispute resolution. In his construction practice, Wray has substantial experience with AIA, AGC, ConsensusDocs, FIDIC, and EPC form construction contracting and appropriate bespoke forms and specialty contracting. He has a comprehensive understanding of public works construction law, construction lien law, construction bonding law, and related systems, practices, and procedures. 

Additionally, Wray has extensive experience in administrative law, commercial litigation, and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) and knowledge of U.S. local, state, and federal administrative, court and ADR systems, practices, and procedures.

Wray is a member of the National Association of Minority Contractors and the International Association of Korea Lawyers. He has held an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® since 2011 and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Construction Law since 2013. Wray received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. in International Finance from Pace University.
