Snell & Wilmer’s Denver Office Welcomes New Associate, Gregory M. Seraydarian
DENVER (November 24, 2025) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Gregory M. Seraydarian has joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Commercial Finance Practice Group. Seraydarian brings extensive finance and corporate experience to the firm.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Seraydarian served as Associate General Counsel at WeFi Technology Group and held associate roles at Holland & Knight LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
Seraydarian earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and North Carolina.
