ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Anthony J. Carucci has been elected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only honorary society recognizing experienced and highly qualified construction lawyers.

Carucci is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group and co-chairs the firm’s Class Action Industry Group. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including construction, real estate, business disputes, fraud, and class actions. He has represented owners, developers, homebuilders, general contractors, and subcontractors in a variety of construction litigation matters involving claims for breach of contract, defective work, manufacturing defects, and breaches of express and implied warranties.

CLSA Fellowship is limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows in the United States and internationally and recognizes excellence across all areas of construction law, including transactional matters, litigation, arbitration, contract preparation and negotiation, and surety bonding. Fellows are selected based on their effectiveness and accomplishments in construction law, as well as their commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and service.

In addition to his construction litigation practice, Carucci has extensive experience representing a diverse range of companies in consumer class actions and business disputes. He advises clients throughout all stages of litigation and also serves as a business advisor and counselor, helping clients develop practical strategies designed to resolve complex issues and, when possible, avoid or minimize litigation.

Carucci earned his J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, in International Relations and Philosophy from Tufts University. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for all districts of California.
