Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Partner Lisa A. Atty to the Los Angeles Office
LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Lisa A. Atty has joined the Los Angeles office as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Atty represents purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing transactions. Her practice includes structuring and negotiating deal terms, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, sale-leaseback arrangements, and office, warehouse, industrial, and retail leases. She also advises clients on due diligence matters, including title, survey, zoning, and property management issues. With extensive experience managing substantial real estate portfolios, she provides strategic insight across complex real estate transactions.
Atty earned her B.A., with distinction, in Political Science from the University of Michigan, and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
