Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Hannah-Kaye Fleming to the Phoenix Office
Phoenix – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Hannah-Kaye Fleming has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as an associate in its Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group.
Fleming advises clients on various complex commercial litigation disputes. She has represented clients in federal and state court proceedings across a wide range of industries including finance, banking, real estate, employment, and intellectual property. In addition, Fleming assists clients in navigating bankruptcy and related state and federal court debtor and creditor rights litigation. Her experience includes representing debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and other parties in various bankruptcy matters.
Fleming received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.S. in Health Administration from Auburn University. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Daniel P. Collins at the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona. Fleming is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
