Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Dalmacio V. Posadas, Jr.
LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Dalmacio V. Posadas, Jr. has joined the Los Angeles office as an associate in the Litigation, Investigations, & Trials group.
Posadas’ practice involves all areas of commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including products liability, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, class actions, and government compliance and investigations, among others. He is also committed to public service and maintains a pro bono practice wherein he has represented several clients in civil rights actions in federal court and the Ninth Circuit.
Posadas earned his B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside (UCR) and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
