Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Anjel Bonilla to the Los Angeles Office
LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Anjel Bonilla has joined the Los Angeles office as an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice group.
Bonilla advises public and private companies on a range of matters, including initial public offerings, Regulation A offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt and equity transactions. She also handles general corporate and securities work, such as Section 16 and Exchange Act reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, and SPAC and de-SPAC transactions.
Bonilla earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
