Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Abby Dvorkin to the Denver Office
DENVER (July 28, 2025) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Abby Dvorkin has joined the firm’s Denver office as Counsel in the Litigation, Investigation, & Trials Practice Group.
Dvorkin brings nearly 20 years of experience in construction law and focuses her practice on transactional matters. She advises owners, developers, and design and construction professionals with a focus on hospitality, commercial, multifamily, and industrial projects. She regularly drafts and negotiates design and construction agreements, including industry and custom forms, and guides clients through all phases of project development. She also serves as a member of the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Dvorkin served as Counsel at Frost Brown Todd and Of Counsel at Brownstein in Denver.
Dvorkin earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Syracuse University. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
