Snell & Wilmer Partner Jonathan Frank Named Winner of 2025 Connect CRE’s Lawyers in Real Estate Award

ORANGE COUNTY — Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Orange County Partner Jonathan Frank has received the 2025 Connect CRE’s Lawyers in Real Estate Award, a distinction honoring attorneys who demonstrate excellence in commercial real estate law while making meaningful contributions to the industry and their communities. The award recognizes legal leaders whose expertise, vision, and dedication set them apart, reflecting a career marked by both professional achievement and civic impact.

With more than 25 years of experience, Frank serves as the managing partner of Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office and co-chairs the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He advises clients on complex, high-profile commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and redevelopment across diverse asset classes such as hotels and resorts, multifamily communities, mixed-use developments, retail, office, industrial, and life sciences facilities. Frank structures sophisticated lease arrangements nationwide—from build-to-suit ground leases to high-rise office towers and retail centers—and represents clients across industries including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, providing strategic guidance to navigate intricate deals and achieve their business objectives.

Beyond his legal practice, Frank cofounded Magical Builders™, a nonprofit that has spent the past 20 years constructing and renovating charitable facilities nationwide, including youth and teen centers, athletic fields, shelters, veterans’ centers, daycare facilities, affordable housing, hospital family living centers, and educational institutions. The organization partners with Major League Baseball, professional sports teams, athletes, entertainers, corporations, and other nonprofits to create lasting community impact, with recent initiatives including annual pajama drives with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, renovations of youth and veterans’ facilities with MLB teams such as the Dodgers, Rockies, Braves, Mets, Padres, and Reds, and upgrades to Boys & Girls Clubs facilities nationwide.

Frank also serves on the Board of Governors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast, furthering his commitment to supporting youth and underserved communities.
