With two decades of experience, Yu represents employers in labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation claims, class actions, and PAGA cases. He also handles commercial disputes involving trade secret protection and contract enforcement, representing clients across industries such as manufacturing, finance, transportation, and technology.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Yu is a trusted advisor to U.S. subsidiaries of Asia-based companies, helping them navigate complex business and employment issues in the United States. He also speaks frequently on labor and employment topics and serves in leadership roles with several legal and community organizations, including the Taiwanese American Lawyers Association and the Sino-American CPAs Association.
