LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Jason T. Yu has been recognized as a “Leader of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys” by the Los Angeles Business Journal. With over two decades of experience, Yu represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. He routinely defends corporations in high-stakes disputes involving trade secrets, contract claims, employment liability, and intellectual property. He has significant trial experience and regularly litigates in both state and federal courts, advising clients across industries such as manufacturing, finance, technology, logistics, and retail.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Yu is a trusted advisor to U.S. subsidiaries of Asia-based companies, helping them navigate complex business and employment issues in the United States. He also speaks frequently on labor and employment topics and serves in leadership roles with several legal and community organizations, including the Taiwanese American Lawyers Association and the Sino-American CPAs Association.

Yu earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and his B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
