Snell & Wilmer Partner Jason Spitalnick Joins Board of Directors of Roundup River Ranch

DENVER (December 18, 2025) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Denver partner Jason Spitalnick has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Roundup River Ranch. Founded in 2006, Roundup River Ranch provides free, medically supported camp programs that help children with life-altering diagnoses and their families experience joy, build connections, gain independence, and find hope.

Since its founding, Roundup River Ranch has grown to provide free, medically supported camp experiences for children with life-altering diagnoses and their families, creating spaces where illness and medical complexities take a backseat to the joy, connection, and possibility of childhood. Serving campers from across Colorado and the greater Rocky Mountain region, the organization offers year-round programs at its ranch as well as Outreach Programs that extend the magic of camp into homes, hospitals, and online spaces, ensuring that the healing power of camp is accessible wherever campers are.

Spitalnick is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group (including the Investigations, Government Enforcement, and White-Collar Protection group and the Securities and Shareholder Litigation group). He focuses his practice on securities enforcement defense, white collar defense, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. With extensive public and private sector experience, Jason is a go-to SEC and securities defense attorney for clients facing regulatory scrutiny or complex litigation challenges.

Spitalnick earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Dartmouth College. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
