Snell & Wilmer Partner Cliff Davidson Named to 2026 Legal 500 Portland Elite in Commercial Disputes
PORTLAND – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Portland partner Cliff Davidson has been named to the 2026 edition of Legal 500 Portland Elite in Commercial Disputes.

Davidson is a commercial litigator and trial attorney and serves as managing partner of the firm’s Portland office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, freedom of expression and defamation matters, anti-SLAPP litigation and counseling, First Amendment and Equal Protection Clause issues, noncompetition and nondisclosure disputes, copyright and trademark matters, class action defense, and state and federal RICO litigation.
In addition, Davidson has served as a sworn Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of Oregon in both litigation and investigative matters and has acted as outside counsel to municipal government entities. He is also a neutral with National Arbitration and Mediation and maintains an active practice in Oregon, Washington, and California.
