Snell & Wilmer Partner Brent Douglas Recognized as a Top Labor & Employment Lawyer by the Daily Journal

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Brent M. Douglas has been recognized as a “Top Labor & Employment Lawyer” by the Daily Journal for the third time.  According to the publication, this annual list honors California’s top labor and employment attorneys focusing on litigation, PAGA matters, unlawful terminations, and workplace investigations.

Douglas, a partner in the firm’s San Diego office, represents employers in employment claims, wage-and-hour class actions, partnership disputes, and business litigation. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups, and he regularly advises on compliance with the ADA, FMLA, CFRA, PAGA, and WARN laws. He also counsels on mergers and acquisitions, stock option plans, and financing transactions.

In addition to his litigation and advisory work, Douglas leads internal investigations and conducts workplace training on non-discrimination, non-harassment, and anti-bullying policies. He frequently advises on multi-state issues involving restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation.

Douglas earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and his B.A. from Washington University.
