Snell & Wilmer Partner Amit Ranade Selected as Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

SEATTLE – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Amit Ranade has been selected as a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). Ranade was elected to the College following approval by its Board of Regents and Executive Committee. Fellowship in the ACCFL is a distinguished honor, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated sustained contributions to the field of commercial finance law, as well as a commitment to advancing learning and scholarship within the discipline.

The ACCFL is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform, and the recognition of accomplished practitioners, jurists, and academics. The College brings together members of the legal profession who are selected based on their character, skill, and contributions to the advancement of commercial finance law. Since its founding, the ACCFL has inducted a select group of Fellows who are committed to supporting the College’s mission and fostering collegiality within the profession.

Ranade is an experienced bankruptcy and trial lawyer whose practice focuses on representing creditors, investors, committees, and trustees in complex insolvency matters, including plan confirmation, priority disputes, avoidance actions, and asset sales. He also handles a wide range of real estate and commercial litigation matters, advising owners, lenders, investors, and developers on condemnation, secured financing disputes, environmental claims, title issues, construction disputes, and land-use appeals. His selection as a Fellow reflects his professional accomplishments and ongoing contributions to the commercial finance legal community.
