Snell & Wilmer Partner Adriana Ochoa Named to Daily Journal’s 2025 Top Women Lawyers List

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Adriana R. Ochoa has been recognized among the Daily Journal’s “Top Women Lawyers”. According to the publication, this award lists the Top 100 Women Lawyers in California, celebrating excellence, impact, and leadership across the legal profession.

Ochoa is a distinguished special litigation and compliance partner, widely respected for her skill in public law and her ability to navigate complex governance, operational, and acquisition matters for both private clients and public agencies, including healthcare districts and water/wastewater authorities. With deep knowledge of key legislation such as the Ralph M. Brown Act, California Public Records Act, and California Voting Rights Act, as well as extensive experience in litigation, construction disputes, and eminent domain, she is a recognized leader in municipal law, playing a pivotal role in shaping policy and advising agencies on high-stakes legal and regulatory challenges.

Ochoa has long demonstrated a deep commitment to the legal profession and community through her leadership and service. She has held key roles in professional organizations, including Chair of the Attorneys Committee for the California Association of Sanitation Agencies, and is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Lawyer’s Club, and a former member of the Louis M. Welsh Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Passionate about mentorship, she supports the next generation of Latino attorneys through her longtime involvement with the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, where she is a Madrina Member and former President of the Scholarship Fund Board. Ochoa also serves as a Trustee of the Hans and Margaret Doe Charitable Trust, further extending her impact beyond the legal field.

Ochoa earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. from Stanford University.
