Oct 08, 2025

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix-based Partner Adam E. Lang was appointed to the Board of Directors for St. Joseph the Worker.

Established in 1988, St. Joseph the Worker’s mission is to connect the Valley’s disadvantaged, homeless, and transitioning individuals to quality jobs by providing support, resources, and tools necessary for becoming employable. The nonprofit organization assists unhoused, low-income, and other disadvantaged individuals in their efforts to become self-sufficient through quality employment.

‘’It is an honor to follow in the footsteps of fellow Snell & Wilmer attorneys who have served on the Board of The Worker. I hope I make them proud and look forward to doing what I can to help make an impact on this underserved community. Hard to imagine a better place to spend my time than with an organization who for the past 35+ years has focused on providing Arizonans, not just with jobs, but with the support and resources necessary to make that pairing a successful one,’’ said Lang.

In his legal practice, Lang is a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor whose practice spans the full spectrum of complex commercial disputes and strategic legal counsel. He is a co-chair of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials (LIT) Practice Group. Lang supports clients navigating high-stakes challenges across a range of industries including real estate development and commercial tenancies, financial, mortgage, and lending services, insurance, credit reporting agencies, professional services, and technology. He routinely defends national mortgage companies, banks, real estate developers, landholders, commercial landlords and tenants, businesses and business owners, and individuals in matters involving partnership divorces, fiduciary duty claims, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant violations, contract and fraud disputes, easement and use restrictions, and federal statutory claims. Lang’s experience ranges from assisting clients with business formation, engaging in pre-litigation solutions, and in extensive litigation towards resolution and trial. He also has ample experience in a wide array of internal investigations and regulatory enforcement actions on local, state, and federal levels.

Recognized by The Best Lawyers in America®, Southwest Super Lawyers®, and AZ Business Leaders Magazine, Lang is a top attorney in Arizona. He is deeply engaged in civic leadership, serving on the City of Phoenix Audit Committee and previously serving on the board of the Arizona Coyotes Foundation, New Pathways for Youth, and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, among other roles.
