Snell & Wilmer Counsel Sarah Odegaard Elected to The Priority Center Board of Directors

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Orange County Counsel Sarah Odegaard was elected to The Priority Center’s Board of Directors. Founded in 1983, The Priority Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families in crisis break the cycle of trauma through early intervention, mental health services, family support, and advocacy.

Odegaard, counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, represents companies, universities, religious organizations, and manufacturers in complex negligence, products liability, and commercial litigation matters. She has litigated a broad range of disputes in state and federal courts and counsels clients through all phases of litigation.

Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Odegaard represented common interest developments in litigation and transactional matters. She also previously litigated childhood abuse cases at a national law firm based in Minnesota.  She is active in the community, volunteering as a youth basketball coach and previously serving as Vice Chair of The Raise Foundation.
