Snell & Wilmer Attorneys Emily Cheung and Kina Wong Appointed Co-Leads of the Chinese American Lawyers Association of Orange County Young Lawyers Committee
ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Emily Cheung and Kina Wong have been appointed Co-Leads of the Chinese American Lawyers Association of Orange County (CALA OC) Young Lawyers Committee. The CALA OC Young Lawyers Committee focuses specifically on supporting and empowering attorneys who are in the early stages of their career following bar admission. CALA OC was established in 2024 and focuses on supporting its members’ professional growth and elevating contributions to the legal community and civic life of Orange County.
Cheung is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group, where she defends companies in product liability, negligence, and general liability cases in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in matters involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Cheung earned her B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles and her J.D. from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law.
Wong is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group, where she focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, trust and estate litigation, and corporate disputes. Wong earned her B.S. from Chapman University and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
