Snell & Wilmer Attorney Morgan Povinelli Recognized as an International Trademark Association Rising Star

Washington D.C. – Intellectual Property Associate Morgan Povinelli has been recognized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) as a Rising Star. Rising Stars will be honored at INTA’s 2026 annual meeting, which will take place in London in May.

The Rising Stars program, launched in 2022, aims to recognize and cultivate leaders and contributors in the intellectual property profession. Each year, committee chairs, vice chairs, and staff liaisons recommend individuals who demonstrate a commitment to the profession or INTA through substantive work or dynamic skills.

INTA’s membership includes more than 6,600 organizations across 182 jurisdictions, representing approximately 38,000 professionals from corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, law firms, nonprofits, academia, and government agencies.

Morgan Povinelli focuses her practice on trademark and trade dress infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising litigation and enforcement. She regularly represents clients in federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, as well as in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and similar fora. Additionally, Morgan is a member of the International Trademark Association’s Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee.
