Snell & Wilmer Attorney Cassy Walsh Appointed President of the Board of Directors of Planned Giving Round Table of Northern Nevada
RENO-TAHOE – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Reno-Tahoe attorney Cassy Walsh has been appointed as President of the Board of Directors of Planned Giving Round Table of Northern Nevada (PGRT).
PGRT is a network of professionals dedicated to building a strong culture of philanthropy through education, collaboration, and charitable gift planning. The organization offers educational programming and networking opportunities designed to foster cooperation among professional disciplines involved in charitable giving. Its programs provide accredited continuing education credits for CPAs, CFPs, and attorneys, and support PGRT’s mission of advancing planned giving literacy and philanthropic impact throughout Northern Nevada.
Walsh is an associate in the firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group, where she focuses on estate planning and advises clients on trusts, estates, and tax planning matters, with additional experience in probate and trust administration. As a fourth-generation Northern Nevadan, Walsh is deeply committed to serving her community and supporting clients with thoughtful, collaborative guidance.
Walsh has a longstanding involvement with PGRT, having previously served as Vice President and Secretary of the organization’s Board of Directors. She earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston and her B.S. in finance and business management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
