Snell & Wilmer Attorney Aliya Astaphan Recognized in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 Women’s Leadership Awards

LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Los Angeles attorney Aliya Astaphan has been recognized as a finalist in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 Women’s Leadership Awards in the NextGen Woman of the Year category, which highlights emerging leaders demonstrating exceptional early-career achievement and leadership potential across the Los Angeles business community.

Astaphan is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. She helps clients protect and defend their businesses, brands, and reputations. She litigates cases involving trademark infringement, right of publicity, unfair competition, defamation, and defense of consumer claims, as well as trade secrets, breach of contract, and business-related torts. She is also actively involved in professional organizations, mentorship initiatives, and leadership development programs supporting the advancement of the legal profession and the next generation of attorneys.

Astaphan earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
