SEATTLE – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Julie B. Hamilton has joined the firm’s Seattle office as partner in the Commercial Finance practice group. Hamilton is a skilled finance attorney who represents regional lenders, national banks, and private lenders in a range of complex lending transactions, with a focus on real estate secured financing and loan workouts.
“Julie is an accomplished finance attorney who is well-versed in the lending landscape, and we are delighted to welcome her to the Seattle office,” said Amit Ranade, partner in the Seattle office. “Her addition broadens the range of services we offer to our clients in the region and strengthens our national commercial finance practice.”
