Reno-Tahoe Managing Partner Jacey Prupas Honored with Outstanding Woman Lawyer Award
RENO-TAHOE – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Jacey Prupas, managing partner of the firm’s Reno-Tahoe office, has been named the recipient of the Outstanding Woman Lawyer Award, presented jointly by the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association (NNWLA) and the Washoe County Bar Association. The award recognizes exceptional women attorneys in Nevada whose professional accomplishments and leadership have made a meaningful impact on the legal profession and their communities.
Founded in 1978, the NNWLA is a voluntary membership organization dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession. The organization’s mission includes maintaining the honor and integrity of the profession, promoting the administration of justice, and fostering a spirit of friendship and trust among its members. The Outstanding Woman Lawyer Award highlights attorneys whose careers exemplify these principles.
Prupas is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group and has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in federal and state courts throughout Nevada and California. Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including complex business torts, real estate and contract disputes, healthcare issues, insurance coverage disputes, and personal injury and products cases. She represents clients ranging from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Prupas is known for her strong relationships within the legal community and her collaborative approach to complex litigation matters. As a commercial litigator, she focuses on developing strategic legal approaches and working closely with her teams to implement them effectively.
