Nika Antonikova Joins Snell & Wilmer San Diego Office as Counsel

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Nika Antonikova has joined the San Diego office as counsel in the Tax Practice Group.

Antonikova works with clients and their advisors to craft tax solutions that unlock deals and manage complex tax risks with confidence. She advises on U.S. federal, state, local, and international income tax matters, supporting M&A, restructurings, and the financing and structuring of renewable energy and low-carbon projects.

Antonikova turns technical tax issues into practical strategies that align with commercial goals — helping deals close, improving bid competitiveness, and addressing legacy or balance-sheet tax exposures. She regularly collaborates with private equity sponsors, corporations, and financial institutions to manage tax risk efficiently and reduce uncertainty in high-stakes transactions.

Antonikova earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
