Can You Sue Me Here? – Personal Jurisdiction in Utah After Clearone, Inc. v. Revolabs

In 2016 the Utah Supreme Court clarified personal jurisdiction in Utah in light of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions on both specific and general personal jurisdiction. Professor Amy Wildermuth and Elisabeth McOmber of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. will discuss recent changes in the jurisdictional analysis, the ClearOne decision, and considerations in analyzing jurisdiction going forward.
