Snell & Wilmer Represents Blueprint Equity in Series B Financing for Builder Prime

Sep 25, 2025

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm, as it led the Series B financing round for Builder Prime, a comprehensive business management platform designed specifically for home improvement contractors.

The funding will support Builder Prime’s efforts to enhance its customer experience, advance its core product, and deliver innovations that help contractors streamline their operations and harness the power of their data. Builder Prime’s platform consolidates CRM, estimating, project management, payments, reporting, and customer communication into one intelligent system, eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools and enabling contractors to manage their businesses more effectively.

“The home improvement industry has been waiting for technology that contractors actually want to use, not just need to use. Builder Prime has cracked that code, and we’re excited to back a team that truly understands this massive, underserved market,” said Sheldon Lewis, Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity, in a recent press release.

Bardia Moayedi led the Snell & Wilmer team advising Blueprint Equity. The diverse team included Sarah Hibbard, Bahar A. Schippel, P.C., Katherine McKitterick Nessan, and paralegal Scott Drake.
