Snell & Wilmer Represents Blueprint Equity in Series A Financing for TenFore Golf
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm, as it led TenFore Golf’s $7 million Series A financing round. TenFore Golf is an all-in-one golf management software platform serving municipal, resort, and single- and multi-course operators across the country.
The funding will enable TenFore to scale its unified platform across tee sheet management, point-of-sale, waitlist automation, identity verification, automated marketing, reporting dashboards, and modern hardware solutions, helping golf course owners streamline operations and enhance the golfer experience. TenFore’s cloud-based system is trusted by public, private, and resort facilities seeking a comprehensive technology solution that simplifies management and drives operational efficiency.
“With Blueprint Equity as a partner, we’re well-positioned to accelerate our vision of delivering the industry’s most modern and comprehensive golf management platform,” said TenFore Golf CEO Jonathan Wride in a recent press release. “This investment enables us to scale onboarding to meet growing demand, advance our product roadmap across tee sheet innovation, AI, automation, dynamic pricing, payments, and integrations, and continue delivering best-in-class hardware and support to our course partners. Just as importantly, Blueprint’s experience will support a thoughtful M&A strategy that allows us to add complementary capabilities and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
Bardia Moayedi led the Snell & Wilmer team advising Blueprint Equity. The diverse team included Sarah Hibbard, Monique Torres, Greg Gautam, Sara Van Houten, Bahar A. Schippel, P.C., and Clint S. Engleson.
