Snell & Wilmer Represents Blueprint Equity in Series A Financing for Ressio Software
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm, as it led Ressio Software’s Series A financing. Ressio is an AI-powered construction management platform designed for residential home builders and remodelers.
The funding will enable Ressio to accelerate product development, enhance its customer success capabilities, and continue modernizing how residential construction teams operate. The platform replaces fragmented legacy systems with a workflow-driven solution that streamlines estimating, schedules, budgets, selections, vendor documentation, and more, helping builders improve operational efficiency and deliver a better experience for homeowners.
“With this funding, we’re pouring gasoline on our rapid product development model that starts with direct customer input,” said Ressio Software Founder and CEO Mitchell Kasselman in a recent press release. “Builders use Ressio to run their businesses every day, and their guidance directly shapes what we build. This investment allows us to move even faster – turning real-world needs into product updates that will help teams run more efficient projects while delivering an interactive experience for homeowners.”
Bardia Moayedi led the Snell & Wilmer team advising Blueprint Equity. The diverse team included Sarah Hibbard, Monique Torres, and Bahar A. Schippel, P.C.
