Snell & Wilmer Represents Blueprint Equity in $14M Series A Financing of Develo

May 14, 2026

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm, as it led Develo’s $14 million Series A financing. Develo provides an AI-native operating system purpose-built for pediatric practices that unifies clinical, billing, and family engagement workflows to improve operations, increase revenue, and enhance the patient and parent care experience.

The financing will support Develo’s continued growth and expansion, with a particular focus on research and development and customer success initiatives. Built specifically for pediatric practices, the company’s AI-native platform helps providers operate more efficiently, improve revenue capture, and enhance care experiences for patients and parents. Develo has experienced rapid growth since launch and is currently deployed across hundreds of pediatric providers in more than two dozen states, addressing a market where many practices still rely on decades-old software systems.

“Develo’s pediatric operating system is a game-changer. It is the first and only AI-native operating system purpose-built for pediatrics to drive impact far beyond what traditional electronic medical record (EMR) systems deliver,” said Sheldon Lewis, founding managing partner of Blueprint Equity, in a recent press release.

Bardia Moayedi led the Snell & Wilmer team advising Blueprint Equity. The diverse team included Sarah Hibbard, Monique Torres, and Bahar A. Schippel, P.C.
