Snell & Wilmer Represents Blueprint Equity in $14.28M Series A Financing for Dataro
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm, as it led Dataro’s $14.28 million Series A financing. Dataro provides AI-driven solutions designed to help charities and nonprofit organizations enhance their fundraising strategies and donor engagement efforts.
The financing will support Dataro’s continued growth and product development as it advances AI-native fundraising tools built specifically for the nonprofit sector. The company’s platform leverages data science and machine learning to help organizations better identify donor opportunities, improve campaign performance, and drive increased fundraising impact.
“Fundraisers should be spending their time on impact and donor relationships, not managing tools and spreadsheets,” said CEO Tim Paris in a recent press release. “Charities already have the data. Dataro brings AI into the workflow so teams can focus on the right supporters, take the right next steps, and consistently improve fundraising outcomes.”
Bardia Moayedi led the Snell & Wilmer team advising Blueprint Equity. The diverse team included Sarah Hibbard, Monique Torres, and Bahar A. Schippel, P.C.
