Snell & Wilmer Advises Technology-Focused Growth Equity Firm Blueprint Equity as it Leads Series A Funding of Builder Prime

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity as it led the Series A funding of Builder Prime, an all-in-one CRM, estimating, and project management platform for home improvement contractors. Builder Prime is expected to use the additional funds to accelerate growth, enhance product functionality, and further invest in client support.

Blueprint Equity is a technology-focused growth equity firm focused on investing in and building market-leading enterprise business. In a recent press release, Sheldon Lewis, Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity who joined Prime Builder’s Board of Directors in conjunction with the funding, stated that “Specialized home improvement contractors make up a significant portion of the residential construction industry, but have been underserved by incumbent software solutions. After speaking with customers, it became evident that Builder Prime is serving a market absent of modern software. We are thrilled to partner with Builder Prime and continue providing provide best-in-class software to specialty trade contractors.”
