July 23, 2021

SAN DIEGO - Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity as it led the $8 million Series A funding round of Tovuti, Inc., an Idaho-based industry leading SaaS learning management system provider. The funding is expected to enable the Boise-based company to accelerate product, customer service and sales across the country.

Blueprint Equity is a technology-focused growth equity firm focused on investing in and building market-leading enterprise business. In a recent press release, Sheldon Lewis, Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity who joined the company’s board in conjunction with the funding, stated that "Tovuti experienced 3x year-over-year growth last year and is on pace to continue growing rapidly in 2021. Though, what really stuck out to us was Tovuti's unmatched culture that has reverberated with employees and clients. It's no surprise they received the ‘Best Place to Work in Idaho’ in both 2020 and 2021.”

A diverse Snell & Wilmer deal team led by Bardia Moayedi and including Sarah Hibbard and paralegal Justin Ferguson advised Blueprint Equity in the funding.
