July 23, 2021

SAN DIEGO - Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity as it led the $8 million Series A funding round of Tovuti, Inc., an Idaho-based industry leading SaaS learning management system provider. The funding is expected to enable the Boise-based company to accelerate product, customer service and sales across the country.

Blueprint Equity is a technology-focused growth equity firm focused on investing in and building market-leading enterprise business. In a recent press release, Sheldon Lewis, Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity who joined the company’s board in conjunction with the funding, stated that "Tovuti experienced 3x year-over-year growth last year and is on pace to continue growing rapidly in 2021.
