Nika Antonikova

Biography

Nika serves as counsel in the Tax Practice Group. Nika counsels on a broad range of U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax matters, supporting M&A, restructurings, and the financing and structuring of renewable energy and low-carbon projects. She collaborates with clients and their advisors to design tax solutions that unlock transactions and manage complex tax risks with confidence.

Her focus is translating technical tax issues into practical solutions that support commercial objectives — facilitating deal execution, improving bid competitiveness, and addressing legacy or balance-sheet tax exposures. Nika regularly works with private equity sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions to navigate risk efficiently and reduce uncertainty in high-stakes transactions.

She advises clients on the tax consequences of complex transactions, bringing a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement.
